✨ Liquid Layers Crafting Update:
Sale Processing Times:
- Placing an order during a sale may extend production times.
Crafting Timeline:
- Patience, please! Up to 3 weeks, but most orders are ready within 10 business days.
- Orders are printed in the order they were received and shipped as soon as possible after printing.
- If you've ordered an organizer, they take the longest to print and may delay your order.
- If you order 3D printed items and Dips in the same order, nothing in the order will ship until the 3D prints are ready.
- If you would like your dips to arrive faster, please order your 3D printed items separately from other items.
Returns:
We do not accept returns. Please email or message us on Facebook if you have issues with your order!
Delivery:
Insured First Class packages will be replaced or refunded if damaged (photos required) or not delivered within 14 days of the date USPS states it has it in possession.
Priority rate packages damaged or not delivered will require a claim made through USPS.com for reimbursement.
If no insured shipping is chosen, it is at the customer's risk and may not be replaced nor refunded if damaged or not delivered by USPS in a timely manner.
If package shows delivered but it was not, please contact your local post office, as they will have the exact location where it was delivered. If they delivered it to the incorrect address, it is their responsibility to attempt to retrieve it.
